What is the COACH state practice and how to gain into a generative state?

 

 

What is your daily practice? Do you meditate? Or do something repely that brings you in a good and resourceful state such as daily walks, dancing, or yoga?

 

What we experience on a daily basis is met with the state with which we are in. Are we in the best state? Do we react or respond?

 

How can we influence that the best version of our self is responding?

 

 

This is a 20 minute practice where I guide you through COACH; it is a technique I learned from my teacher Robert Dilts. COACH is an acronym for for:

 

 

  • centered
  • open
  • aware
  • connected
  • holded
